All saw-cutting operations are paired with continuous water feeds to suppress airborne crystalline silica dust. We deploy specialized industrial vacuums and slurry containment bins to collect waste, ensuring a clean and compliant environment.
3. Precision Tolerances
Our crew utilizes track-mounted wall saws and heavy-duty slab cutters to achieve perfectly straight edges and precise depths up to 24 inches. We eliminate overcuts in structural slabs to prevent weakening surrounding concrete structures.
4. Safe Power & Equipment Hookup
We operate modern electric, hydraulic, and gas-powered machinery depending on ventilation requirements. Our teams coordinate hookups to either on-site 220V/480V three-phase power or deploy our own mobile generator trucks.
